  • Direct access to ServerStage engineers — same team that runs the platform
  • Linux administration, web/mail/DNS, WordPress, ISPConfig, migrations, performance tuning
  • Available for ServerStage-hosted systems and external infrastructure
  • Sessions over screen-share, ticket, or async — your preference
  • Tickets and email in German or English
  • Billed in whole hours; unused hours carry forward for 12 months
