Yes. For WordPress sites we'll migrate from any reasonable host with no downtime — open a ticket with your current credentials and we handle the cutover. Domain transfers follow the standard EPP/AuthCode flow; we'll prep the DNS in advance so nothing breaks during the move.
Our own hardware is colocated in a Germany-based data centre we've worked with for years. Your data and traffic stay within the EU, which is generally the right answer for GDPR-aware workloads — note though that we don't carry formal data-centre certifications (ISO 27001 etc.). If your compliance regime requires certified infrastructure, get in touch first so we can talk through fit.
Every shared and WordPress plan ships with ISPConfig's built-in backup functionality. We also run regular site-wide backups as operational best practice, though these aren't a contractual guarantee. For production-critical workloads we'll configure something more robust to your retention and frequency needs — just open a ticket and we'll talk it through. Restoration is handled by our team rather than self-service from the panel.
Yes. Hosting and SSL services run month-to-month or yearly with no contract lock-in. Cancel from the client portal and the service ends at the next renewal date. Domains follow ICANN registration rules — they're yours for the registered term either way.
Yes, both. Tickets and email in either language — the same team handles both. No "tier 1 outsourcing" middle layer between you and an engineer. (We don't run a phone support line; in our experience tickets and email give faster, more accurate answers with a clear written trail.)
Our shared and WordPress plans run on ISPConfig — a mature open-source hosting control panel we've used and proudly supported for years (we love it, honestly). It exposes a full SOAP API for every action and scales naturally across multiple servers — which is exactly how we run things, with one panel orchestrating web, mail, DNS, and SSL across dedicated boxes. For the same reasons we recommend ISPConfig on customer dedicated servers too: same API, same multi-server model, no vendor lock-in.
Pricing and invoicing in EUR. We accept credit card (via Stripe), PayPal, and bank transfer. Business customers receive proper VAT invoices.
